Reached one year today! I’m a junior in high school and I never relapsed once. Don’t give up! Hopefully 2017 will be as great as 2016 was for me. Benefits:
-Increased confidence and motivation,
-Less anxiety for sure.
-Less guilt and I feel like I’m mentally “clean” so to speak.
-I felt like I needed to get more confident
