Age 24 ..after 6 years of struggle ..finally reached day 90 for the first time without fail ..I want to improve my life to the point where I am satisfied with my own self..so far
- eye contact improved
- brain fog reduced
- positive memory effect
- immunity increased
- increase focus
Man but I have become more numb than before .. Any Reason??
