I’ve been off my streak with masturbating without P but I’m starting back up right now monk mode. I have realized that it’s not the “masturbation” that causes the erectile dysfunction it’s the effect of porn usage on the brain. I’ve only watched porn only once in about 6 months and my erections are almost back to normal (92%).
Even if you masturbate often, if you do it without porn you will most likely not experience these problems.
Today is day 1 and I’m feeling good, hitting the gym more and studying more. I’ve deleted all social media except for Reddit. NoFap is the only thing I’m subscribed to on here so it filters out all the bullshit.
