I’m 19 yo, and I’ve been watching porn since o was 12-13. I’ve been addicted for a long time, and August this year I’ve decided to put an end to it. I discovered nofap, and did a 70 day strike (no porn, masturbating or orgasm), but then last month I relapsed.
Since then, I’ve been going back and forth, spending 3 days without any porn or masturbation and then relapsing. I was on a 3 day streak and decided that wanted to quit porn for life, but masturbate once in a while, but I wasn’t able to jerk without porn. Today I tried it, and I did it!
Finally, after years without being able to masturbate without porn I seem to have regained my sensitivity! And I hope I can quit porn for good now! Want to have a clean December and beyond!
