I made it to 30 days!! I want to start with quoting Lesley Brown:
“And if simply you go after that thing that you want with all of your capacity, strength and sagacity, faith hope and confidence, and stir importunacity, if neither cold, poverty, famish or goat, sickness or pain of body and brain can keep you away from the thing that you want, if goggled and grim you besiege and beset it, with the help of God YOU WILL GET IT!”
The benefits:
- Cleared brain
- Better performance during either workouts or Soccer/ Basketball / Volleyball games
- Disappeared guilt
- Stronger willpower
- More “alive” looking
- Better sleep
- More resistance to distractions(triggering or non-triggering)
- Happier life
Tips:
- Workout as much as you can(I do Bodyweight exercises and you can search the for all kinds of them almost anywhere online)
- Follow a self rewarding schedule(after 7,14,21,and 28 Days)
- Consider searching for anything that might threaten your streak a relapse, believe me that’ll keep you away
- Never leave yourself idle to boredom,
- Participate in competitive challenges(e.g. a last man standing challenge)
