I’m really proud of myself. I really didn’t see myself ever completing this, to be honest.
I thought I would crash sometime, I mean I was bound to, right? NO.

It’s truly been the best year of my life. I had such a big problem, and it truly feels like a lifetime ago that I came across this subreddit and decided enough was enough.
I don’t want to waste any of your time by making this long. I don’t talk about this to anyone in my personal life, (I’m an 18 year old girl, women just don’t talk about this stuff.) so I feel glad I can share it here.
Anyways, if you don’t think you can do it, you can, I promise you.
I’m just really proud to say I’ve officially gone an entire year. Just wow.
Here’s to you guys and making it to your one year marks, too. Just take it one day at a time.
