I’m 29, had PMO’d for the last 10+ years, while having normal sexual relationships with women… then over the last 2 years, my porn use escalated, I escalated into some fetish type stuff, and slowly my erection quality/strength went down until I had total PIED and even had trouble getting hard while masturbating.

I found YBOP and immediately made the decision to quit PMO forever, no porn and no masturbation.. only sex when my body was ready for it.. well the first 2 weeks was the hardest as far as the desire to PMO was there almost all the time.. after that I got used to no PMO and just focused on work/my life.. slowly I started getting more motivation to get shit done and improve other aread of my life.. after 2 months I started having no social anxiety and started flirting with girls everywhere lol.  I had sex around day 35ish but my erection was really really weak and I busted very quickly… I had sex again a few weeks later and it was pretty much the same.  Around days 50-65ish I hit a flatline and had no libido which really plays with your mind.. it feels weird to see a hot girl and feel nothing at all lol.

Now the last few days I met a hot girl I’m really attracted to and I also started taking Catuaba pills (you can find them at Vitamin Shoppe for about $10)  they help with libido and dopamine receptors naturally I believe.. well here’s the result.. I had my new girl over last night.. we were making out and I was getting semi-hard.. then finally about 75% hard which was my hardest since rebooting only problem was I lasted less than a minute lol.. then we laid down and just relaxed for maybe 25 minutes… then we started kissing again and out of nowhere I got ROCK HARD haha.. started having sex and it was amazing!! 🙂    I lasted about 5 minutes.   She slept over and we started kissing in the morning, I got rock hard again and we banged for about 15 minutes.. I was 90-100% hard the whole time… by far the most satisfying sex I’ve had in over a year 🙂

So long story short, there are definitely ups and downs along the journey, but if you stick to no porn and no masturbation, then rewire to real women (especially ones you’re really attracted to) you will see results!!  Also, I can’t say enough good things about the Catuaba pills.. I had escalated into femdom and fetish porn also.. I’m on day 16 of no PMO and I can tell you for sure the associations of it turning you on start to die down over time..  its not who you are or what you really like.. porn has messed up how your brain responds to dopamine so you’ve been desensitized to normal sex impulses.. so you currently get a dopamine rush from only femdom stuff.. your brain has made an association to it for pleasure.. you need to take a break so that association withers and dies and you need to rewire to real women.  Here’s what I would suggest:

1 – STOP watching porn and masturbating RIGHT NOW!  (yes it will be very difficult.. but if you want to ever have a normal sex life you’re going to have to be stronger than your urges for instant gratification.  I’ve developed a real hatred for porn.. its just a worthless placebo.. its nothing but an illusion..  you feel good for a few seconds during orgasm but look at the cost.. its literally fucking up your brain and ruining your life.. we aren’t meant to have orgasms 3-4 times a day without putting any effort into meeting and dating real women lol.. its supposed to take effort.. all great things do)  I don’t think tapering off is the best way.. you need to man up and quit cold turkey.. focus on how much pain and trouble porn has made for you and focus on the pleasure of how great you’ll feel once you rewire to real women and have a normal sex life 🙂

2 – get the counter for your profile to help stay on track.. you can click on mine at the bottom of this post and get your own.  I log into this site every morning and every night… I read some success stories for motivation and I look at my counter and feel great accomplishment at the end of each day.  I also keep track of the days on my calendar.. I find it helps me keep my eyes focused on my goal of rewiring to real women.

3 – Develop a positive daily routine and do it everyday no matter what.. Every morning the first thing I do is exercise..I skip rope for 20 minutes and do push-ups and sit-ups.. then I take a shower and I eat a healthy breakfast (I find I get alot of energy from fruits and nuts.. I have a bowl of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and some walnuts.. all organic.. I’ve been wanting to eat healthy for years but always found excuses.. now I go food shopping twice a week and buy all this stuff, cut it up, and put it in bowls ready to eat for each day lol)  I find having a specific morning routine thats positive REALLY helps build your self-discipline and keeps you on track for your goals.. also obviously eating healthy and working out have tons of benefits for your body and mind, especially with mood regulation which is super important during a reboot.. which leads to my next tip…

4 – Learn how to CHANGE YOUR STATE : you need to learn this if you’re serious about making a change.. when you get the urge to PMO you need to get up and move around.. or meditate.. anything to get you out of the state of mind you were in.  You can find tons of relaxation / self-hypnosis videos on youtube.. a few artists that I find very relaxing are Aeoliah, Dan Gibson, And Deuter… I listen to them on spotify and lay on my couch for 20 minutes.. I wake up feeling relaxed and calm, in a much better state.  Also, Tony Robbins has tons of great material on how to change your state.. you can find alot on youtube or get your hands on his book Awaken the giant within.. this book has so many useful tips for making changes in your life I think everyone should read it lol.  Also, meet some friends and find some hobbies (meetup.com is great for this).. basically you need to get out of your house and stay busy, and be around people as much as possible!

5 – When you’re ready, start Rewiring to real women: you said you’re good looking so you should have no trouble meeting women (once you quit PMO, you’re confidence will def go up).. here’s what I think is the key to rewiring.. don’t just look at them like a piece of meat lol.. treat them like a real person, get to know them, flirt with them, laugh, have a good time… cuddling and kissing is a huge step for rewiring.. and when you feel you’re ready, start having sex with them.  

Yes you have a long road ahead of you.. yes it will be very annoying and difficult.. but no matter how difficult it is, just remember that its definitely worth it.. you can 100% heal if you want it bad enough.. it just takes time, dedication, and patience.
