My current streak is 60+ days, and I’m starting to feel all the benefits with NoFap, such as increased mental clarity, heightened emotional sensitivity, better concentration, more motivation to do stuff and improve myself, etc.
But there’s also an intense desire to relapse, and negative emotions feels stronger when they come. My new self just doesn’t feel quite “normal” to me.
Then I realized, the truth is, the person I’ve became after committing to NoFap, is the person that I was meant to be since birth.
With years of PMO, we’ve became accustomed to the effects it brings upon ourselves, thinking it’s “normal”.
But no, whatever you feel, good or bad, after enough time committing to NoFap, is what you should’ve felt from day one.
Nature didn’t intend to have us sit alone in a dark room and jerk off to pixels.
PMO makes you “abnormal”.
We didn’t gain “super powers” after doing NoFap, these “super powers” are supposedly what a normal human being should have.
Let’s make ourselves “normal” again.
