How I discovered my ED
I always knew something was wrong with my dick and my sexuality. I thought my penis was just small and I had low libido. But everything changed in 2018 when I realized my dick was smaller than before the last years. When I tried to measure it I have a surprise, I couldn’t get hard without holding it, and I couldn’t pass from 60% of erection. So for the first time I discovered that I had erectile dysfunction.
I was very shocked because in general I had a good health. From 2018 until april 2020, I went to several doctors, I did all the exams, hormonal, ultrasound with doppler, checkups, tried ed drugs, and nothing, literally nothing happened. They always said that I was ok, and it was just psychogenic (The famous phrase “it is just in your head”).
I also went to a physio pelvic therapist because I thought I had some pelvic floor dysfunction. But no, everything was okay there, I had normal pelvic floor.
And the worst part all of this, they always recommended to continue stimulation and some doctors also recommended porn.
I spent a lot of money and nothing could heal me. I was very desperate. I just wanted to know what is happening.
How I discovered my PIED
I always knew about the NOFAP, but only superficially. But someday I asked myself: “I’m totally fucked, I’ve no morning wood, no erection whatsover, no libido, NOTHING! The only way to come to this place is doing something, a pattern through the years“. And THEN my intuition, a voice in my head saying “Ohhhh, I was masturbating, doing edging, watching all of kinds of pornography all the years”.
Since this day, I’ve spent studying hours a day everything related with PIED and brain addiction. I was reading books, forums, talking to people and revising my past.
After much study and testing, the only thing that could be my problem was PIED. There’s nothing more to do. I’ve started my reboot in april.
How I destroyed my libido, my dopamine system, my young years with PMO
Probably you thinking I’m exaggerating saying I’m the most PIED case, well I will explain.
By now I’m 26 years old. I’ve started PMO in the worst way at 12 years old. I didn’t escalate in hardcore porn because I ALREADY STARTED IN HARDCORE PORN. My cousin presented me a lot of hardcore porn and hentai content and I got very interested in it.
I did PMO everyday, about 2 or 3 times per day. Every time that I had some libido going or some erection, I had masturbate and always with the worst porn scene possible. I also was 24hs a day thinking sexual things.
In 2011 I was 17. At this time I already had low libido and it was when I realized my dick was getting smaller. I’ve found that when you destroy your libido you lose some blood flow in your penis and this can in fact get smaller.
And my dick was always shriveled and small. I was very self conscious about it and felt bad whenever I remembered this. My solution? MORE PMO. I came to a place where I was doing PMO just to have some blood flow in my penis for me don’t feel bad about myself.
I was already in a flatline state, some people call this by sexual exhaustion. My body was wanting a rest, but I never gave it.
In 2014 I’ve found NOFAP. I also found some a taoist book talking about semen retention to retain energy. I was very interested in it. And guess what, what I did? I did a lot of masturbation without ejaculation because I though in this way I could feel the pleasure without losing my energy. Can you see how dumb I was???
After 2014 this turned to be my new PMO pattern. Edging hours and hours in front of my computer and watching porn.
In 2018 I couldn’t have an erection anymore, even with porn and even with a lot stimulation. But I didn’t stopped there!!! I still could achieve 60% if I was sitting and holding my base. So I started masturbation with my two hands, one to stimulation and other to trap the blood in my dick while putting some pressure in the top of my base. Such genius I was right? I feel so fucking sad remembering it.
Porn also couldn’t do nothing for me. But I had more one thing to fuck myself. As I’ve started in hardcore porn, nothing could stimulate me anymore. So… I started to escalate in my FANTASIES!!! I was imaging the worst things that you can imagine even things related with HOCD. Probably this would be a new condition, some people call this by FIED, Fantasy Induced Erectile Dysfunction:

My no PMO journey
I was looking for any guy who was at my level in PIED, and I didn’t found anything like me, but I’ve found some guys almost like me, like this man:

I knew my journey would be long if my case was PIED. I was 14 years doing PMO. Actually I call now by PMOEF, since I believe edging and fantasy can also contribute to PIED. I just wanted to know if my problem was PIED.
I’ve started my reboot in april. As I said I’m at a flatline since 2011, and also very anxious. At day 42 nothing happened, I was very anxious and right in the morning I started thinking some sexual thoughts to see if something would happening. And for the first time in my life, I had an erection about 60% (while sitting). I was very happy.
After this day until day 72 everything stayed the same.I was wondering if my problem was PIED or something else. And again I tested my self with sexual thoughts and little touching.
And for the first time in my life I had a 80% erection (while sitting). And this day marked me because after many years I’ve found the problem. It was PIED and I was curing my self.
I don’t recommend anyone to test yourself because you can relapse and you can hinder your progress. But I needed to do this because I wanted to know if my problem was PIED.
Today I’m at day 90, and probably will take more than a year to heal myself.
Also I’m doing many things to speed my recovery:
-Meditation 30min-60min a day (proved to increase grey matter and neurogenesis)
-Intermitent fasting 18/6 (proved to increase grey matter and neurogenesis)
-Silva method (A mental technique, people did miracles with this technique)
-Exercises
-Subliminal audio (I belive this can help too)
-Eating well
In short
Before reboot:
-Couldn’t have erection with porn, stimulation and ED drugs, nothing could make me hard.
-Hard flaccid
-Loss of size
-ZERO libido
-HOCD
-Depression
-Anxiety
-Brain fog
After reboot
-Now I can have a erection about 80% (while sitting, this is important)
-Feeling better
-No more depression
-HOCD almost gone ( yeah I still have)
-Anxiety greatly diminished
