I’ll keep this short and sweet… Nofap works… My ED has basically disappeared. Real sex feels soooo much better now.
I have been extremely productive at work.
I no longer have the desire to watch porn. It doesn’t feel like I’m fighting it anymore… the desire is just gone.
Downside is that I get moody… ( VERY happy, or VERY sad/upset ) that’s new, but it’s life… Overall, I’m much happier throughout my days!
