I haven’t been on this forum in over a year. I was healed of porn induced ED about 6 months ago. I am not going to be super elaborate about my story, but basically I was in the same boat as you. I was 18 and couldn’t even get remotely hard while making out with a smoking hot chick.
I had been watching porn frequently (almost daily) for about 5 years previously. I cut it quits. I did not watch porn or any sexual TV or masturbate at for 90 straight days (I would watch porn for 1-2 minutes occasionally before I realized how stupid I was being). Essentially, I did not have a single orgasm (with the exception of wet dreams) over that course of time.
I found an awesome girl who is now my fiancé and we are getting married in 9 months. We are both devout Christians, so both of us have not had sex yet. The most we have done is she gave me a handjob (Though the temptation to do more is extreme). All in all, when we are making out now my erections are so hard that they hurt. She always comments about how hard I am.
I just want to encourage you guys. Rebooting sucks bad. It was easily the worst year of my life of rebooting-failing-rebooting-failing but there IS light at the end of the tunnel. I say this as someone who is fully recovered, not someone who is only 3/4 of the way.
Tips
1. This one is the most obvious but most helpful. Be smart. I took my computer out of my bedroom so the temptation was not as strong. In addition to that, I also began charging my cell phone in my living room so that watching porn would be less tempting.
2. I do not know how many of you on here are Christians, but for any Christians on here you NEED to buy the book “The Mortification of Sin” my John Owen. John Owen was a Puritan seminary professor at Oxford Theological Seminary for years (before they got caught up in the theological liberalism that clouds them today). The entire book is badass. The dude is a boss. It really is not that long, but I read a chapter a day (3-12 short pages depending on the chapter). Reading a chapter of that a day, in addition to prayer and meditation on the Psalms, is how I overcame my temptation. Here is a link.
2. In addition to this, John Piper has an awesome book with the link here. I wholeheartedly recommend these two books. For battling any kind of sin. Not only sexual sin.

I am pretty busy right now but I will try to answer questions when I see them.
