After 6 months of rebooting, I no longer have to imagine porn during sex.
Men’s sexual health may not be considered an important topic in most polite conversation … but it is an important topic.
And I can personally attest after 6 months….that NoFap really does improve sexual health.
I haven’t been to the pharmacy to purchase “supplements” for nearly 3 months now ….thanks to the practice of NoFap …and my sex life and performance have improved.
It was just the other day, I awoke after a great night of sex…went to the bathroom and realize that I haven’t needed “assistance” for 3 months now…and I felt so proud of myself. So much more manly, proud at the discipline, proud of the results in bed.
I think I am finally nearing the stage where I can literally just focus on my wife’s body during sex. Pornographic images no longer invade my thought-space during sex.
Despite the common thread that porn is “harmless fun” its not. Its damaging. Many men … can attest to the damage of reaching a point where you feel like you need a porno to get off.
Porn and ED are intrinsically related and its a shame that not enough public awareness of this is taught in schools to protect teenage boys of falling into this trap a trap which can severely stunt one’s sexlife.
So whilst I don’t believe NoFap can give you superpowers and semen retention can lead to Nirvana….it certainly does help with porn related ED….and that’s more than enough of a benefit for me to stick to NoFap.
Do not fall into the habit of fapping. Save your sexual energy for your partner !
Upward and onward brothers !
