Apathy was the worst thing to happen to me. I feel like I am gaining my color back. I am starting to talk to a girl and things are going quite well. That isn’t usual. I feel more courageous and more animated.
I don’t know if it’s the removal of porn or if it’s the self control. I think it’s kind of both.
I have had more energy and have gone to the gym more.
I appreciate women so much more now, they are all so beautiful and I have seized to objectify them (as much, still working on it honestly ).
I am going to continue to NoFap (no PM and O only with special people) for the rest of my life.
I have made some huge gains on NoFap. Thank you all for existing.
