I started with renewed motivation and was happy already with my accomplishment because I only watched porn once in that week instead of 2 hours every day.
I did have many more relapses. PMO now became a once a week thing instead of once a day. One day I just decided for myself to just jack off without watching porn, fantasizing about woman I would actually want to go and take out. Having about a week in between orgasms now I decided to look up on testosteron boosting food and working out. Working out was minimal but changing my diet really made an impact. No more carbs and eating a lot of beef with avocado’s, eggs, cheese and nuts made me look better then ever while having more testosteron so I got a lot of attention. Reading on /r/nofap made me a bit worried still to engage in sex because I didnt totally stop wanking off and there is talk of very long ‘reboot’ times. But then last week when I was on my holidays I decided to just go for it. If it turned out to be a disappointment again at least I would never have to speak to or see the girl in question again.
I met the girl in a bar and she told me to come home with her. I hesitated because I was drunk and that never really helps with erections so I said I would sleep at my place and then come to her to make her breakfast. After a good night sleep I got up, shaved, got some light food at the deli and went to her place where her roommate opened the door. I decided to wake her up and she was happy to see me! Im not the dominant type but I told her to take of her pants and we quickly sealed the deal. Very quickly, but that was ok with me. No boner pills and still a rock hard erection.
