Hey everyone. I wanted to share this video I finally found the courage to create. I have been in this addiction cycle for years. Since I was 9. I have just turned 20, and I’m starting to feel like I have control over it. I wanted to help other guys in any way I could with what I learned while trying to beat the addiction. Now that I know the benefits of this I and know that its possible to get away from, I want anyone who wants the same things for themselves to have as much knowledge and understanding on the subject as possible to make it as easy as possible. The healing process is not intuitive. It’s also not common knowledge. I’m hoping this can put a dent in ending that. Here is the YouTube link:
