“Perdí a mi hermano por la pornografía” – El testimonio de Lupe Batallán (video clip)

In this short clip an author tells the story of her brother, for whom porn was so normalized that he willingly decide to become a “porn star.” He lost his life to diseases contracted while trying to make enough money to buy an apartment.

As she points out, pornography performers are prostitutes, and often quite vulnerable or misled about the risks they run for the profits of others.
