The past 120 days have been the greatest 120 days of my life. I have seen a major transformation in all aspects of my life. I’ve become more confident in social aspects, I’ve experienced what actual LOVE is, and I’ve really learned how to go about living life to the fullest.
I’m not an avid poster in the nofap subreddit but I feel like expressing what I’m feeling right now. 2 minutes ago I typed in a P website into my internet browser and almost decided to watch P. My heart started racing and I got really excited before even hitting enter on the keyboard. I know i don’t want to go back to the “old ways”, but the high from PMO is unreal. I can really see now how addictive P can be and it really frightens me.
