90 days, this is my third go at nofap, hopefully my last. I got to 40 days of pornfree until recently and had to reset my badge on that. The benefits i have felt:
- Increased confidence
- Louder – in a good way
- More friends
- More girls
- No secrets
- More empathetic
- Walk up right
- Make great eye contact
- Generally happier
I could go on!
Because of the porn reset, im not rebooted and hope to get there eventually. I also havent made use of all of the free time that would have been spent fapping, so i havent made the most of nofap.
I know a lot of people get to this stage, but im proud of myself. Any questions just ask away!
