I want to make this post as short as possible and valuable for you. This morning I had sex with my girlfriend. I cannot say it was the best one, but it was the first time without any additional pills or toys (will explain soon). So it felt really great and I can clearly see the benefits of no-fap and no porn since August, 2016. [Now Feb. 2017]
Here are my few insights.
- At first I could not get any erection, even with her help. So I used pills, which sometimes helped, sometimes did not. Good thing: we had sex. Bad things: headaches after it, because of raised blood pressure and it felt kinda I wasn’t myself. But again, small step forward.
- I tried erectile gel – total crap.
- With erection pills I experienced premature ejaculation, but it has gone when we had sex more often.
- Erection became stronger, but not enough to have sex. I tried a pleasure ring (Durex, no promo). Basically it helped to maintain stronger erection and at the same time lowered possibility of premature ejaculation. One step forward. So I recommend to try this one, just please read instructions before use, because it can make harm too.
- At the same time I bought lubricant. And that’s gentlemen is a very good thing. Because even with 50% of erection, I could have sex. At least it is good to start and then erection gets stronger (at least for me). Moreover, it feels better for a girl too.
So, in short:
- Get lubricant.
- If does not help, try cock ring, but use it carefully.
- If does not help, I would like to say try pills, but I won’t. Just keep trying, stay away from any pixels, which raise urge to fantasize about sex. Don’t think about it, be in a moment. Try meditation, it is powerful.
Final note. As you might already noticed, I used two techniques: reboot (no porn or other stuff) and rewire (be with a girl). So, if you do not have one, try to find. Explain to her your situation and start slowly experimenting, be in a moment. Take a shower together, have some fun. Make strong emotional engagement. Because after all, erection gets better with your level of excitement.
For me, I still believe there will be ups and downs, but that’s OK as long as I am staying on the track.
Take care, guys. I am looking forward to read your success story.
P.S. feel free to ask questions. I will answer, if/when I can.
