August 27th was the date I reached 90 days of nofap and had no sex at all during, I felt really proud of myself for curing an addiction I always wanted to cure. The benefits I read on other posts here are real, you really feel so good about yourself, and what made the day more special that I hooked up with a girl and sex was really amazing.
For everyone still doing the challenge “keep going you doing yourself a great favor”.
