Hard mode, stayed away from any provocative material, even had many close calls from SFW pics. that was last summer. then, I just went back to fapping right after the 90 days were up. like, at midnight
during the 90 days, there were legit changes in my mood. however, it didn’t do much as far as being more social/less anxious. there was the noticeable rapey phase early on, where you can’t wear track pants in public. more importantly, there was a huge benefit in my mind clearing up
when I went back to fapping, I felt the familiar brain fog come back, almost like my IQ dropped 30 points within days. it became very easy to waste entire days, planning to work out and do other productive stuff, but never getting to it.
the second noticeable benefit is increased energy, leading to more intense workouts. I had a much easier time pushing myself and getting a good post workout endorphin rush. those are better than any fap, especially knowing that you’ll be more fit because of it.
tl;dr, Im gonna do it again. I can’t be the only one starting on June 1st
