Parents told me they see something changed. They say I’m becoming my old self again, they’re proud on me. And theyre not easily proud cuz my sister is a A+ student. I’m doing fucking great these days. Got accepted in 2 colleges. Training basketball 2-4 hours a day every day.
I’m actually aiming on going pro which is a high goal, but hey what do I have to lose?!
Im 16. Started when i was 13 so ive fapped around 2,5 years. The main benefit im seeing is that i get motivation to do things, which is key to perform in school/sports.

I know you have little to no motivation but you just need to DO IT. Go out do some hobby you like, hang with friends anything just get outside. Your day will feel so productive.
I really do feel like im never gonna masturbate anymore, i barely even remember what masturbating feels like tbh. Its just blocked from my mind, maybe once ill get intense urges but my mind is too powerfull tho.
What i think was social anxiety for me has faded away. atleast the physical and thoughts are gone. I still sometimes stutter or something when im arround strangers but i simply just dont care. I dont enjoy social interaction that much yet. Like i feel i have to try to hard to keep the conversation rolling.
You shouldnt do nofap just for having more sex tho, you should do it to improve yourself. else you wont get a long streak. And gaming makes you kinda less social, atleast u’ll enjoy social settings less. That amazing motivation comes as you start to do things, you dont get it before you do it believe me. I basketball’d all the way through my flatline and it was the one thing that let me felt motivated and aimed on following my goals.
