Hey guys, first of all I’d like to say thanks for all the support and shared experiences, I couldn’t have come this far without you guys. After 86 days of no fap I finally achieved the goal I set for myself: getting laid. I was going through a rough dry spell from 18-20 and I decided something had to change (beating off at least 3 times a day, mostly out of boredom).
A few weeks into no fap I thought I had discovered the Holy Grail, it was hard but the ‘powers’ started to come in. I got a little more confident and instead spent my time better (gym, study, etc.). And I have to say looking back I enjoyed the road a lot.
However when I finally got laid I experienced both pros and cons from no fap:
- I had zero problems getting an erection, and maintaining it (quite the contrary lol).
- The sex was great; I was really into it and focused in the moment. Not a single thought of porn was had. I was aroused because she was.
- However I couldn’t hold it in long lol. I’m fairly big so when I went in I almost instantly came.
- Even when we had sex later on that night (and the next morning), I had a lot of trouble keeping it in.
After giving it a lot of thought I’ve decided to start fapping again. However I’m setting a max of three times a week and certainly plan on sticking with that. I want to last longer with the women I sleep with in the future. I’m curious what you guys think about this approach and my reasoning. Love hearing from you guys!
I feel like a person with much more inner peace and inner strength. I did both meditation and nofap HC and I recommend both together. As I said earlier, I can’t say what improvement is linked to nofap but I believe in synergy effects of doing nofap and meditation.
