OK guys I was diagnosed with ADHD at 16 and was put on concerts 60 mg. It was a nightmare; I lost 20 pounds and became a zombie. I stopped after 3 months. Now on nofap my concentration skyrocketed and I can get shit done. So I never had ADHD, PMO caused it. When I relapse I get hard ADHD symptoms, but after a few days they magically disappear. Nofap changed my life.
