I broke my previous best of 83 days last week, and today I have finally hit 90. So far in 2019, I have over 180 days of NoFap.
I went from SEVERE PIED, to having sex 5 times in 1 day with my current girlfriend. When we met, I couldn’t get it up at all.. She accepted me and decided to help me through it. The confidence I got from doing NoFap is what helped me get my first girlfriend in over 2 years.
This stuff works people, you just have to be disciplined and believe in yourself and the process.
