I feel fantastic man, it is as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulder and I can enjoy proper sexual intercourse with a woman and climax when I choose. Well worth the struggle. I as well notice my life improving through the building of strong habits.
Anyone suffering from DE and PIED should know that both of these are a huge shot to our masculinity. When you cannot finish or get it up with a girl it is probably one of the embarrassing things that could happen in one’s life.

Step 1: Commit to nofap, the sensitivity of your magic wand will come back and at day 50 your PIED should be cured.
Step 2: Overcoming DE was the hard one for me, next time you are engaged with a woman, you need to focus very hard on making yourself finish. If possible, communicate with your partner and let them know about nofap and what you are trying to overcome.

In my youth I used to feel like a pornstar because we could go for 2 to 3 hours and I wouldn’t ever have to stop but trust me. DE means Delayed Ejaculation. It’s basically where it is almost impossible for you to climax even when you are with a girl, it really sucks.
I am currently 25 years old. I have read stories of people older than me recovering from these things though ( they are close to 50 years old).
