To make a long story short, my goal is to cure PIED ; first did 300 days no pmo and no sex. Then I relapsed for about 20 times in 1 month period, after this I was back on the right track for 1 month and then I met this girl on holiday…!

Im already happy that it was succesfull for a few times, now back from holiday my penis feels pretty lifeless again…though I already passed that fase a long time ago. I know that Im still recovering but its kinda scary that dead dick symptons are back, while I was having real sex io pmo. Or maybe it was of the 1 month relapse…? I’m top fit but I was also over-exausted (3 nights in a row lol) and being on holiday, was drinking almost everynight which not helps sexual performance ofcourse.
