What stimuli must I avoid during my reboot (did I relapse)?

The brain knows exactly what alcohol or heroin is, but has no way of recognizing what porn is. We receive daily questions about what’s “approved”, or what’s a “relapse”, or whether X, Y, or Z, will slow someone’s reboot.
